Shipping policy

Overview

All physical artwork and products are shipped from Canada.

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated. Custom and made-to-order items have longer production timelines (see below).

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.


Shipping Locations

EW.art ships internationally.

If your country appears in the shipping selection menu at checkout, we ship there.

If your country does not appear, shipping is not currently available to that location.

For special inquiries, you may contact us before ordering.


Processing Times

Original Artwork (Ready to Ship)
Ships within 5–7 business days.

Prints & Made-to-Order Products
Production time is 10–14 business days before shipping.

In the rare event of a production delay, you will be contacted directly with an updated timeline.

Custom Portraits / Commissioned Work
Timelines are discussed and confirmed prior to purchase. Shipping occurs after final approval.

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package size

  • Insurance requirements

All original artwork ships tracked and insured.


Duties, Tariffs & Import Taxes (U.S. & International Orders)

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Tariffs

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

EW.art has no control over these fees and cannot predict or reimburse them.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping fees and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.


Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to protect corners, surfaces, and structural integrity. Larger works may ship in reinforced or specialty packaging.

We take packaging seriously. Your artwork deserves that.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging and artwork immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Original artwork ships insured. Claims must be filed promptly.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
